What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess the base money since the benefits are meh and $QRTEA isn't exactly doing great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a ton I can learn from my manager. I love getting to solve hard problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency both to myself and the broader org. Clear objectives. I believe they truly want to empower the broader team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think most of the people here really believe in Zulily and do amazing work to try to make the dream work.
