The passion is clear and noticeable when it comes to the overall Zulily goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been doing senior-level work and my pay does not reflect the time and energy I've contributed. As someone who's been hired internally, I know my external partners are making more when I essentially am doing more work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy of the people. I wish the company did more though. My friends and family receive so much from their company and Zulily never does any of that. It's tough to see when we're in Seattle and FB/ Uber/ etc. send so many fun engagement pieces to their employees, and Zulily does not at all.
