I'm new but extremely optimistic. I don't love seeing multiple key members of leadership leave the company in a short period of time. However, the company appears strong and the culture is phenomenal.

Everyone is willing to help and genuinely wants to see things improve.

Everyone I work with is amazing. Everyone is patient, kind, and collaborative. I love the culture here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with different teams and learning about the different areas of the business. I also love my team standups.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the equity package. It allows me to budget my monthly income since I can use those funds for retirement savings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I joined Zulily somewhat recently so unfortunately I have seen some key members of the leadership team separate or announce their leave. However, with the leaders I am familiar with I am happy to see their emphasis on culture and drive through innovation.
