I have grown professionally here more than any other organization I've worked for. A lot of people perceive Zulily as a place to come when you don't have other options or if you want a spring board opportunity (get in, get out) but we have better leaders and policies now.

Reliable team mates, authentic personalities, forgiving with mistakes, willingness to listen and change, know when and how to have fun a work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is open to feedback, encourages work life balance, gives regular recognition, and our team works together to grow and learn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's fair and non biased, measures are taken to ensure thoughtful assessments are being made. Discussions have depth but are also conversational. Interview teams represent the team a candidate will work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is that there has been meaningful expansion of the pay bands so my role is paid fairly to market (a few years ago this wasn't always the case).
