I've been here a while, and I think things have improved a lot over the years. I've always said I loved my job, and that's still true today. I hope to stay here for as long as possible. I do wish women's rights were taken a bit more seriously though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have what should be given to everyone working. Dental, vision, medical, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my role, I love getting to do what I do remotely.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My job role is very independent- interaction with coworkers just honestly is not needed often at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be very transparent, and care about people. Except for the lack of acknowledging that we are a mom-centric company and women's rights aren't commented on, that's the unfortunate part.
