What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is open, creative, and feels like we can pivot and make changes or try new things to see and feel what works. It feels like I can make suggestions, have my voice heard and it will at least be taken into consideration.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to sit at my desk in my office at home, and get my daily workloads done. Collaborating, developing and seeing the progression of Creative on the site and its impact on our customers. Looking forward to the next team huddle, the next studio creative share, and the next company all hands.
