I have never once waivered in my decision to join Zulily even though I joined in a time of big transition for the company. It's nice to be part of a work environment where I feel I belong and am respected. I feel like the company cares about me as a person, not just an employee.

I feel like my work and efforts are valued and I like being able to make contributions that have a direct hand in the business.

I feel like an equal to my colleagues so I am more comfortable to voice my opinion, share feedback and it's also made it easier to make personal connections with my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empathy for employees. I feel encouraged by my direct leaders to prioritize my personal life and mental health. Everyone genuinely cares about their work and is willing to help teammates out. It's not a competitive environment where I feel like I am competing with my colleagues to get ahead.
