Since joining the company I have been able to advance to a leadership role. I am generally satisfied with this. The challenges come and go and the growth opportunities are available. I can say that I am happy with my job and am not looking for opportunities elsewhere.

Most everyone is friendly and easy to work with.

The entire package is good and fair. it offers a lot of flexibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company offers a very diverse and accepting culture. There is very little judgement in any way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is friendly and responsive to any issues. The have gone to get lengths to retain me and others from a pay perspective. They could be a better job at developing team members from within.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I look forward to what each day brings and am generally happy with my job. The nature of this business can be very repetitive and monotonous. There is not really a lot that can be done to change that. My company does events and lunches frequently to show their thanks for the hard work.
