This is the most unorganized company I've ever worked for. Management is not properly trained and it shows. I highly recommend the company invest in management training to aid in employee retention. When I started people complained about high turnover and it didn't take me long to learn why.

The leadership team was great. The directors were very approachable and friendly. My direct manager was aweful.

Compensation was great. Working is more than compensation for me. Working is adding value to an organization and doing meaningful work. Work meetings were constantly being canceled and there was a lack of clarity on tasks from management.
