SO far the store level, there is good availability to the SM, but the cohesive tasking, availability of parts, inventory management, commercial account servicing and (computer) customer service from AZ seems to be incoherent and muddled.
I think the team works hard, however dosen't have a good grasp on the next generation of technology needed, for best growth practices. I feel that in time the creativity needed will be found to push the company into the next progression of retail.
Pay advancement is slow, without available commission bonuses to motivate a store level employee. AZ doesn't keep some of the most aggressive, talented of lower management due to a lack of reaching out, formalized discovery, dated structure of training, & lack of communication at an individual level
We try to help one another with any business problems, are able to be social, and do try to serve our customers in the best fashion. It is made difficult at times by the limitations imposed by poor training, lack of time to train, and difficult or poor computer interface or programing design.
