Pay, the pay is atrocious, particularly for the demands that the position puts on a personal life. Terrible compensation for awful work-life balance. This must improve.

A reduction in fees for retirement plans and if you say hiring full time hire full time do not change it part time after a week

Once again, the pay is awful. That said the job itself is not bad, and can actually be enjoyable, but isn't a career until pay rate improves.
