Schedules for the next week are supposed to be posted on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, (which in itself doesn't give you a lot of time to plan your week!) but I've never seen one posted before Saturday at noon. I was hired part-time for days, but I'm scheduled 5-6 closing shifts/ week.

When you make the company the money on the store level and upper managment keeps making excuses for screwing you and the customer that is a problem

I make less than the starting pay at most fast food restaurants. I have no idea what the pay raise schedule is, and yes, I have asked. I'm expected to do the same work as the parts managers, sometimes more.
