I really enjoy helping customers and making deliveries a lot! I really wish they would give me the shifts/hours I was promised upon hire. I'm also not fond of the closing manager which makes it even harder to deal with closing every shift. (I was hired for days)

The questions asked were easy to answer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering parts for the commercial side of the store.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my co-workers. Again they're helpful and supportive of me employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are willing to help when I have questions. There's a couple that are always encouraging and uplifting the team; recognizing any extra effort put forth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than the starting pay at most fast food restaurants. I have no idea what the pay raise schedule is, and yes, I have asked. I'm expected to do the same work as the parts managers, sometimes more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Schedules for the next week are supposed to be posted on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, (which in itself doesn't give you a lot of time to plan your week!) but I've never seen one posted before Saturday at noon. I was hired part-time for days, but I'm scheduled 5-6 closing shifts/ week.
