So far positive, frustrating at times due to the inconsistencies of training and operations (mostly the computers), however I am able to learn and overcome most obstacles.

Pay advancement is slow, without available commission bonuses to motivate a store level employee. AZ doesn't keep some of the most aggressive, talented of lower management due to a lack of reaching out, formalized discovery, dated structure of training, & lack of communication at an individual level

If my growth, hard work, suggestions, and even input was positively acknowledged, not just dismissed or ignored. Treated as an actual team member, not told that they got stuck with me as coworker. For my drive, determination, and thirst for growth to be encouraged, not attacked and punished.

Making a competitive wage. Compare wht other drivers make. Walmart cart pushers make more than me. Homeless people paid to pick up trash make more than me and I bet they aren't even paying taxes on it.

We try to help one another with any business problems, are able to be social, and do try to serve our customers in the best fashion. It is made difficult at times by the limitations imposed by poor training, lack of time to train, and difficult or poor computer interface or programing design.

SO far the store level, there is good availability to the SM, but the cohesive tasking, availability of parts, inventory management, commercial account servicing and (computer) customer service from AZ seems to be incoherent and muddled.
