I like the diversity of our leadership team. Everyone is different and able to contribute to the daily workflow in a different way. It’s also nice to have options on who to talk to in regards to certain circumstances.

I already mentioned how diverse Costco is, but I honestly think that the diversity is our strongest environment factor. We have a lot of happy employees, and it’s because we works for a company who treats us so exceptionally.

I liked the fact that 3 different managers interviewed me. It wasn’t a “luck of the draw” on man is the end all, be all. 3 different people agreed to hiring me on. That made it feel fair and professional.

Our hourly pay rates are the best around. We get time and a half every Sunday and any overtime is always paid at time and a half as well. The best part about our compensation would be the twice yearly bonus checks!

Some of the best things about our team would be the diversity yet integrated working opportunities. Our job has many areas and departments. Our whole warehouse team is made up of different walks of life, yet we all have a lot in common.

As crazy as it sounds, the large crowds and masses of people make me the happiest when I am at work. My perspective is job security. So many people enjoy shopping at Costco, and because of that, I have a job. A job I Love!
