An actually equal share of the pie. Workers do all the work while higher ups just sit around. Crackerbarrel managers push work off onto hourly employees that the training specifically says a manager should be doing. I get paid garbage and they make 6 figures why is it OK to push your work onto me.

Not lying to employees about the reality of getting your hours cut. Also they refuse to give proper wage because they have to "explain to their boss" why I'm worth it and they don't want to do that.
