The restaurant managers and grill cooks are hostile. Maybe Hr could offer mandatory meetings where managers are taught how to talk to and handle their employees.

I used to look forward to work everyday, but it changed when we got a new retail manager. It also changed for me when I became aware of how our management lies to our staff.
