I love this company and what it stands for. However, Issues we bring up are ignored regularly- we do not complain just to complain. We really want the best for everyone and if some departments are not held accountable then their is no success for anyone.
I love what I do and feel confident in that. I do have concerns with communication between departments and there are many who feel this way. I do not think accountability applies to everyone sadly.
This company has a great reputation and I am proud to be a part of this. I do see areas of improvement needed and I think things are slowly improving but also some things seem to stay the same and it hinders our growth sadly.
I love the company and the job itself. There are too many obstacles to being successful anymore- other departments are not accountable, leaders don't lead, support is not given to everyone. We are not all the same and that is very clear
we are all invested 100% in succeeding
I would say their acceptance of everyone
their focus and determination are strong
the commission program is very good
The teamwork and common goal of success
my co-workers because I can count on them
being able to help at facilities
my teammates, clients and the HCP's
communication and accountability across ALL departments
This company cares about all staff, field and office.
hourly wage is not comparable to other places for similar job
I do think they genuinely care about the job they do
my teammates, we all care and are all in for success
we pull together to do our very best for clients and HCP's
we are a team although some departments are definitely treated with more respect
We look out for each other and do what is best for the team, not individually
we all love our jobs and care about our clients and HCP's and the resident's at facilities
My director co-workers and when I can help facilities cover their needs- then I know their residents are being cared for.
love my job but the pay is low and we are not give the tools and support we need to succeed anymore.
I love the teamwork and common goal we share of making the company successful. I think we only want what is best for this company.
I DO feel the commission is very fair and I appreciate that part of my compensation. I do fear this will be taken away at some point and the hourly rate will not be enough.
Knowing that I make a difference however small or large in the healthcare industry by helping to provide quality staff to facilities in need. It's all about the residents and patients having what they need.
Communication for starters. There is a serious division between different departments and areas. There seems to be no effort to bring everyone together as Cross Country One. It has to be something that is an action, not just words.
the bonus plan can be very rewarding to those who have enough HCP's to schedule; it is not a fair system to those in areas who have very little recruiting focus. Something needs to be done about this so everyone can reap the benefits.
I do feel appreciated by leadership for the job that I do. I like that our goals from leadership are clear cut and on point, but there are a lot of road blocks that continue to be in place when we try to reach those goals. Poor communication between departments as well as little to no accountability
