Leadership from C-team makes sure to acknowledge each department during annual corporate holiday party. My direct supervisor is supportive where mid/upper management is not.

The comradery of my teammates; supporting each other and the lack of judgment/resentment within our team family. They make work fun and always know just what joke to break the stress cycle.

Our team has created for ourselves an environment without judgment, where we are mutually supportive of each other in all things, a feeling of comradery, however this environment has not been built by management nor is it present on other teams.

recent "merit" increases were misleading, tenured employees received less of a raise than less-tenured employees, new hires receiving the same pay as tenured employees is NOT merit. Medical insurance offerings have gotten worse each time changed as corporate cuts costs at employee expense.

The employees themselves have built a team spirit of comradery where we are supportive of each other for work tasks but also outside of work, we've made this our work family. Allows us to help each other in a way that creates efficiency because we feel supported and non-judged in all things.
