I love my job and co-workers.
We all work hard to support each other.
The ability to work from home
Being able to work from home
Helping my team and coming through for clients and clinicians
We are micromanaged with unrealistic metrics when revenue drops. The metrics they require often times hold me back from doing my actual work that really drives revenue
Even though we have never met in real life, I know they have my back and I have theirs. We truly are a team and work together very well.
My manager and his reporting manager are both incredibly supportive in both work and home life. Anyone beyond their level, I cannot speak to, as I really know nothing about them and what they are doing to support the branch level employees.
Not receiving any kind of annual raise is very tough financially for my family in this economy. We are encouraged to build revenue in order to receive larger commissions, but with plummeting rates and declining orders since the slow of Covid, this has proven to be quite a challenge
Having the opportunity to make commission is great, however, I have been moved around so much in the 2 years I have been here, that growing commission has been a struggle. Not receiving ANY rate increase in 2 years actually leaves me making less money than when I started given current inflantion
My direct supervisor is wonderful and is always ready to assist me in my work and is understanding when things come up in my personal life. I do not have much interaction with leadership above the reginal manager level but feel they may be out of touch with what our roles actually entail.
