I have been here a long time but at this time I do not feel valued. It takes call after call, email after email, and then getting my boss involved before any action is taken .

Have not had a raise in years. The new commission plan is unfair, and the staffers can make more money than the managers.

the other market managers are great to get help or suggestions from. there are many of us that are with the company a long time.

My Regional Director is readily available and helpful all the time. She is fairly new to me as an RD but has been the absolute best!
