Overall my experience here has been positive

I generally enjoy working at Cross Country. The work is challenging and personally rewarding with regard to the appreciation and parnership with my clients. My immediate supervisor is wonderful. Compensation has always been less than competitive, benefits (401K, PTO are not so good)

I have enjoyed my employment here, primarily because I have the very best boss. She is a mentor, recognizes my ability and doesn't micromanage me. She demonstrates her trust in my judgement every day.

Being paid comiserate with my results and competitively for my role in the market. Better PTO plan for high performers. Better 401K match opportunities.

No merit or cost of living increases. Until past year, my income was fixed with no opportunity to earn more regardless of performance/cost of living. Goals that drive incentive pay set without consultation as to what might be happening in accounts that could impede achivement.

Many experienced people from competitor companies are being brought in and I feel that more attention is placed on attracting these folks than looking at compensation of high performers at CCS and compensation for these employees. Loyalty and compensation may be taken for granted to some extent?
