I've had some amazing managers and a terrible one. The amazing managers kept me motivated, driven and focused on my work. The terrible one led me to fear for my job, yelled at me when I disagreed with him, and basic taught me to stop raising my concerns to him if I wanted to keep my job.

Customer focus (although this hasn't reached all levels of company yet), respect, diversity, and a strong focus on transforming out company from the inside out to ensure we stay relevant in the digital world.

New leadership team is customer obsessed, diverse, and seems to be making the tough choices we should have made years ago to remain relevant as a leading healthcare company (specifically, thinking digital first instead of store first, overcoming backend tech issues, hiring)
