Nice but the work and life balance is not fair enough for me to stay in the company
Quite horrible, why? Because of my past experience, I was promoted as a Quality Intern. No paperwork was given for the possible scenarios that might happen. All just happened verbally. It was taken back because it was a decision by the client/account. No written agreement was signed with this.
It was good but exhausting. I was able to experience traveling internationally and locally.
We are being heard in some ways.
The health card that the company provides.
The stress is not equally paid off
They motivate me and is stretching my abilities
nothin, I just want salary appraisal
We help each other to meet the stats
They are fun to work with
They are willing to listen.
There is a provided HMO.
Nothing. It is just best for me to work quietly.
They are nice and I have been able to get a long with them
What makes me happy about work is the new learnings that I will acquire.
The fun moments and the teamwork if one needs help in resolving the workload needed.
To be honest, there is nothing that makes me happy whenever I am going to work.
The dynamic. It inspires me to become a better individual in terms of career and in my personal life.
Since I am so burned out in meeting the standard of TravelPerk, I think I lose my motivation every day
Honestly, I don't know. I don't have any idea of the things that they are trying to do from thier end.
This is particularly for Ian Jackson. He is a very good leader and knows to prioritize the welfare of his employees.
The fun moments. Sometimes, if we are all stressed, some of our colleagues turn it into a funny joke so energy will turn into positive
The best this is the teamwork and the capabilities of the team. It makes me want to become better in terms of being a fast-learner and adaptable.
If the client/account is demanding too much, you should negotiate with them to balance everything in reaching the specific goal and not make your employees suffer. It is so stressful. Pertaining to TravelPerk to be exact
This is because of the too much workload given to us. Our salary is high, but it does not compensate the tasks that are given. Hence, due to the overloaded tasks, we feel like we are underpaid.
You must equalize the basic salary of the tenured employees to the newly hired ones. This increases the imbalance of treatment leading to being so unfair with your employees who have been of service for longer time
I think there is nothing that you can do. Our account is TravelPerk. We are raising our voices, and we are being heard, but at the end of the day, it is the client/account's decision that will prevail.
Hello, I have been with Enshored for 9 months now. Newly hired employees under TravelPerk account have a higher basic salary than tenured ones like us. I think this is highly unfair to those who are more expert and more familiar with the trend of the account than with those who are a new one.
I just want a salary appraisal. To be honest, I don't know if it is in the by-laws of the company, but I know that some of my colleagues in the rank-and-file position have higher salaries than mine. To think that we have the same job description and the same stress every day. It demotivates me.
