Because we didn't know when the increase will be given, since the minimum wage for non bpo here in manila are already approve and will implement in the incoming days. Hopefully our company will also consider to increase our compensation. Thank you!

Having a low basic salary made us feel undervalued , although we already have some benefits . Like being moderators we are one of the lowest basic salary earner, I believe moderators deserve more basic salary that would not less at least 20k a month .

For me , having a positive team with a positive leadership make us more motivated as a team member. Also , this kind of team quality is important especially we are all work from home , keep in touch is our only way of communication and its a great factor.
