I was really happy & glad to be a part of the company - able to work at home, the salary, the PTOs, & the team/client. More on the newbies - to cooperate, and do their best to follow the process, help the queue, and be conscious/mindful because as one of the tenured that is doing her best to do her job since then, I'm being dragged with their consequences which I understand first but now, I find it unfair.
