well for starters, I was transferred 3x, but even though my previous OM make sure that I will be able to be transferred to the new account right away. Having a leader who make sure you're ok is already a great experience.

I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do.

In 2 yrs working with Enshored, everything wents smoothly, from applications to training up to the productions. All supports are well trained and will guide you all through out. Specially the team leaders. What ever they think works for your growth they will help you.
