So far so good, that's all I can say atm.

The work in enshored is fun and somehow an eye awakening experience. I somehow can see how the western people view their lives there. And how they over used their freedom of speech.

The word that I can use to describe my overall experience is "challenging".

What I like on the leadership of our leader atm is she is being strict to our team.

I think most recent event in the company, The "Enshored Family Day 2023" which was held last Sunday.

The celebration of events, either it is international or local. I like it that we had those kind of events.

Compared to other company the salary is competitive, but still it is less. I like our perks and I am enjoying them.

Compared to other company who had the same job, they had more compensation not just on monetary but also in benefits and other allowances.

The only thing I can think of is that consistency and always read huddle docs regularly to update yourself to the new alignments. I don't know if that's what you mean.

I'm new to the company...but I've witness that the company is taking good care of the well being of its employees by providing mental health care thru the mindnation program. Which really help us a lot because of the kind of work we are doing.
