we are pressured. because they want a good aht hence we are not robots and they expect us to not have errors. humans make mistakes and errors like that are normal no matter how hard we work. errors like that give us anxiety. its sad that we are judged by our errors and not our effort.

it doesn't give us pressure unlike the aht of moderation. I wish they remove aht coz it gives us pressure and we are not robots. well make errors because of the pressure of aht and errors gives us anxiety.

were motivated if there's bonuses and higher night differential. also, our errors doesn't define our performance and should not be graded. that's why we are people and not robots. its natural for a person to make mistake. even the smartest artificial intelligence fails. errors gives anxiety really
