at first i was so happy that i became a part of this company for 1 year but now dissapointed because of the compensation, the newly hired has higher salary than us tenured which is very unfair on our side. Please do something about this issue because many agents are complaining already. Thank you.

We were so happy back when we were working from home but then suddenly called for onsite and the salary get low

We, tenured agent has lower offer than the newly hired which is very dissapointing on our side. I hope this issues will be resolved as soon as possible because I do love the company but the compensation is unfair. Thank you.
