I have been employed on the U.S. DOJ Asset Forfeiture Administrative Services Contracts for 34 years, and I love and enjoy all of it.
I've been performing work on the contract(s) for 34 years, and I love the work. FSA has been the best of the 4 companies with which I have been employed on the contracts.
I have served on the U.S. DOJ Asset Forfeiture Services Contract since 1990, and I have enjoyed it very much.
I have been employed on the U.S> DOJ Asset Forfeiture Services contracts for 36 years, and I have enjoyed it very much. I also feel great satisfaction in each law enforcement success and my contributions to that success.
It is a very collegial and cooperative atmosphere.
The employees support each other, with few complaints.
Most of my co-workers are dedicated, long-term contract employees.
Medical benefits, bereavement benefits, jury duty benefits, 401K and company contribution
They're very approachable and practical. They are easy to work with.
They always make themselves readily available to assist me, whenever I need it.
Serving the public and law enforcement. Helping to protect the public from criminals.
401K, annual leave, sick leave, bereavement leave, jury duty leave, extended medical leave, if necessary
We have many long-term employees who get along well with each other and the customers
They work as a real team, support each other, and they are GOOD associates and personalities.
Everyone works together well, and everyone seems to support the law enforcement mission of the customer
The current team are very dedicated to the customer's and FSA's goals, and they work very hard,
They encourage new ideas for improvement and feedback. They're not punitive when we raise issues that need improvement.
Conducting research that results in large asset seizures to deprive criminals of ill-gotten gains and then processing the seizures.
Taking good care of subordinate employees and achieving the law enforcement goals of the customer. Also, many of the investigations are exciting to participate in.
They're very accessible, and they have done a great job planning for the good of the company and its employees in the constantly changing Federal Contract environment.
My team is a group of smart, collegial, cooperative, people, and they are always offering to help me with difficult tasks and issues in the work environment.
My co-workers' dedication to the U.S. DOJ Law enforcement mission and the Asset Forfeiture Program. The supervisors also work hard to maintain a "family" atmosphere in the workplace.
Paid sick leave, bereavement leave, annual leave, jury duty leave, are available; excellent 401K investment vehicles (Vanguard Equity Income vehicle pays dividends, plus a company match; medical insurance; life insurance.
The employees are intelligent, friendly people who are dedicated to the company and customer goals in law enforcement and the Federal Asset Forfeiture Program in serving and protecting the public.
The FSA Management Team is much better and more competent than the management teams of vendors who have managed the U.S. DOJ Asset Forfeiture Services Contract prior to FSA being awarded the contract in 2004.
Providing excellent customer support and service; achieving the law enforcement customer's goals to defeat the criminals, take away their ill-gotten rewards; and protect the public, not just in the United States, but all over the world.
The U.S. DOJ budget allocation restrictions severely diminish the salaries paid to Supervisory employees on the contract, compared with Government Supervisors. Supervisors (Exempt) do not receive cost-of-living salary increases comparable to cost-of-living salary/wage increases granted non-exempt.
As a supervisor, I enjoy mentoring the contract and customer employees regarding various aspects of the Federal Asset Forfeiture Program, and I enjoy the great contributions we contract employees make to the Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies in serving and protecting the public.
I believe that the U.S. Government is restricting the amount of compensation to contractors in the contract terms. I believe many of the Government employees with similar jobs are being overpaid for the amount of work they do, and they're always trying to push their work onto the contractors.
