It's ok. Gas Power wants to move into the new age but is stuck doing things the old way and afraid of attempting to do things differently. It will take fresh leadership, clear vision and the courage to stop doing things the old way and embrace a new way of working and a new culture. Dream and go big

I can be very direct and honest with my peers and friends. It allows us to vent frustrations and then move one.

GE still pays on the lower end of the market. I know that I could make at min 15-20% more out in the open market.

No salary increases for a while. In addition, I know very well that if I were to go into the market that I would receive more compensation. The bonus is small compared to other companies and GE executives and officers.

Focus on EEs vs focus on stockholders. Less change. Play with the team we have vs continuous and continual reductions in team members. Pay higher than the lowest in the industry. Try to lead in pay and compensation vs trailing.

Knowing that I can be a part of the turnaround with my peers. We have an amazing offering and we are the future of energy. We can and will turn things around. That is the exciting part; working on the turnaround and creating a new way of working.
