There is an engaged senior staff that is concerned for the wellbeing of the team members and balances that with the drive and need to be top in the industry. Team members care about helping their teams as opposed to making themselves look good. I have had a very positive experience here.

It has been a positive experience other than those moment where you're not sure if you're going to have a job or not. I understand that I'm a cog in a machine, but I used to feel secure in the position I had, but now it's much less secure.

People tend to want to work together and find solutions to problems instead of just blaming someone for the problem.

Finding solutions and resolving issues... accomplishment and progress. Feeling like my opinions are valued and my input is appreciated.

Approachable, they listen and implement common sense solutions to issues that arise (where feasible). I feel like they actually care about my opinion/perspective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seeing the salary ranges for my level and knowing I'm so low on the scale. Having responsibilities that I believe are above the level I'm at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are pushed to succeed but not at the expense of others or our values. Achievement of the objectives is a driving force but we are focused in a positive way and not by threat or punishment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable positions in industry are reporting 20%-25% more in compensation than what I am receiving (accounting for annual bonus). My salary increases have not kept pace with inflation/increase cost in goods and services over the last three years.
