I love the team that I work with and I love the work that we do. I have been successful. However, I have not had the opportunity to advance any further. The wealth of my experience has yet to be tapped and am not confident that it ever will be.
The team around me and the opportunity to serve Ministrys.
Culture and camaraderie. The team enjoys one another and gets along with each other.
The team around me and the work we do for the churches and nonprofits.
Communication and interaction. There is little if any movement from the leadership toward the average MB employee.
We have a great team. We get along with each other. We need each other. We laugh and we cry together. We also do a great job doing our job.

That is a tough question. Company-wide culture is suffering. We have an identity crisis. There are subsets of culture within departments. However, MB struggles with the following 4 Cultural Blindspots: Clarity of Purpose Organizational Clarity Leadership Development Team Dynamics
Over the past few years, there are little things have been dropped (intentionally or unintentionally). There are so many little things that add to the sensed value. However, there is not anything that creates a, "Wow! That was really nice" feel. I would feel better about comp if I was paid more!
1. Stay intact. C-Suite and ELT change on a regular basis and cultural continuity is lost. 2. Communicate greater care for the people of MB than the products and performance of MB. Care for the people, the people will care for the product and the performance. 3. Walk slowly through the crowds.
I love my job and what we do. However, I am not paid a liveable wage for my family. I work two jobs. There are benefits. However, there are no longer any perks...at least for my dept. There is no "wow" factor. Perks have been either been lost, dropped, forgotten or removed over time.
