I love Northside. I go to Northside for all my healthcare, so I can see it from the perspective of an employee and a patient. It is the best hospital in Atlanta.

They support the staff and work very hard to retain employees.

There's so much to love about the benefits package. I use tuition reimbursement, certicatoon reimbursement, and student loan reimbursement. The medical insurance is comparable to other companies.

While medical benefits are getting worse everywhere across the country, Northside has been increasing the other benefits that it offers. The Student Loan reimbursement plan has helped me immensely.
