I've only been here for two months but I've enjoyed it so far. I feel equal parts challenged and supported like I can ask for help when I need it. I think everyone here cares about the company and the people that work here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I've loved working at Salsify since the day I started. I'm challenged daily to think critically and am constantly learning new things. I appreciate the transparency and communication from the top down and look forward to seeing what exciting success the company has heading into 2021.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that employees are offered Stock Options when joining the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency of the leadership team and the fact that they're always working to make Salsify a better place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happiest at work when I finish a task or big project - it feels even better when it's acknowledged by my manager or a team member.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Similar to what I said about our team, the company and culture is fast paced and exciting but also really supportive of one another and teams across the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works really hard but celebrates the work that everyone is doing. We have a couple of opportunities throughout the week to share what we're working on and collaborate if we need to.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I joined about 2 months ago and everyone I've interacted with at the company has been very kind and welcoming. It's nice to see and meet new faces and have only positive experiences from those interactions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team makes an effort to stay in constant communication even since we've been working from home. I love the communication and collaboration we have but also the ability to laugh and have some fun once in a while.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and Communication. They're constantly making an effort to learn more about what they can be doing better to improve their leadership and transparency. I love the weekly All Hands meetings & the Exec Spotlights that give people an opportunity to ask questions and have them answered live.
