I have been at Startek for a little over 2 years, I have felt that I have developed many skills and grown within the company. I feel very grateful for all the good things that Startek has allowed me to enjoy.

The best thing in Startek is the environment, since from the first day I came I feel very comfortable.

Personally I could say that we really work as a team and the workload becomes less as we help us each other.

Most of things that make me happy to come to work, is that is a safety space where I can work with peace on my mind, also share with my coworkers every day and that I'm doing what I really like.

I consider me as a person who feels happy when I complete all my tasks on time and the lunches with my coworkers I think that's the most important part of the day because must of the times we talk about our pendings and situations on our job.
