I am not certain how to answer this.
I don't work as part of a team, but I have found that everyone is great at working together with the common goal of taking excellent care of our patients.
I am goal-oriented, so I am most excited to finish a project, or help out another team. I try hard to anticipate the needs of the providers, staff, and patients.
I have a college degree, and I am currently paid less than individuals whose roles do not require a degree. This isn't a seniority issue, these individuals are hired at a higher rate of pay. It is discouraging to say the least.
I never, ever feel as though I am being "bossed" they are leaders who want to lift everyone up along with being goal-oriented, and so optimistic that it's contagious. I do a good job here because I don't want to let my management team down. It's one of the best aspects of my job.
