Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I love my job and have had a great experience working for Victra and they have helped my family tremedously, but overall commissions has been hurting since realignment and feel very scared for job security daily.

More obtainable goals and quotas. Contro commission last 2 months have been almost half of what target is and I have over 50 hunted boxes on my own.

They care about me individual, but company goals for SMB have been raised through the roof and unobtainable. Use to make great commission checks now struggling just to make one in general.

I feel like overall SMB environment in stores is low and it has been slower, but I go into stores/talk with managers and reps and BOP culture needs to be increased and accountability
