Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Leadership and the fast pace of running a store. If it's not a gray door like mine. I'd gladly take a 2nd store so I can work more hours and have a bigger challenge.

Many things. What I'd like to see most is a directory we can go to voice a better idea or solution. We have over 1500 stores. Think of all the great ideas that are waiting to be heard from all our great people here, rep of leader.

We need an outlet to voice suggesstions and our opinions. With the rollout of eargo, victra chose to lead with an iron fist. Eargo has got to be the worst investment and the company was even worse at rolling it out. This company should strive to get our input on someone the big picture stuff.

Need more base pay and you don't make anything at certain gray doors like mine. I'm used to higher pace. Also what's up with not working past 40 hours. That is insane! This is sales. I need to get my store to green lo and yall restrict my hours and make me close on Wednesday. Complete buffonery
