Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I honestly do like some of things since i was absorbed in the merger. There is the good and bad with everything. I feel like whenever i have had advancement it has been more of a pain to get things established, get pay comp info, etc. Being MGM has still been a paid getting day to day things solved

I feel like when we condensed, they didnt do anything to increase compensation for myself. More responsibilities for same pay. No gas incentive, salary, bonus, etc
