Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The payscale that I am on feels appropriate and my store manager is great. The problem I have with this company, at least where I am, it never feels like enough. We don't get celebrated for a huge day or month, but instead it's so better at this, do better at that, work on this...etc. it's not fun

My direct manager. A lot of things above that level feels like what we are doing is never enough. We could be trending 200% to goal and instead of a great job, we get, but you're doing bad in these areas. We really need to improve.
