I've provided plenty over the years. It always falls on deaf ears. What's the point? I was told I was going to be fired without even telling me I didn't get the job I applied for. I'm sick of providing feedback, especially when I was treated like I was.

Continuously providing the same feedback of what happened to me with Victra doesn't seem productive. Being legitimately valuable with a prior acquisition doesn't help my cause. The value I bring to Victra is on a month to month bases and the 12 years of tenure I have with the company didn't matter.

When Victra purchased Go Wireless, I was thrown to the wolves. I had 10+ years with Go Wireless and I was in a management salary role. I managed three different states and delivered above my peers month over month. My role was removed without notice. I took a $10,000 cut in salary to stay with you
