Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. i think victra is a great company, but they need to pay their employees more for the level of expertise and demand they ask of them. other than the poor pay/commission it is a good company overall

i liked my previous DM, and enjoy the current one as well as the RD. but upper upper management has no idea what its like to be on the floor anymore, like VP and higher

our hourly is too low for the demand of work. and having to work 47.5 hours just to MAINTAIN what we were already making doesnt sit right with me. our commission structure is marginal compared to the competition

i love this job, and have been doing this for verizon for many many years. i am good at this, and enjoy the constant change of products. i love my immediate coworkers and typically have a fun day at work
