This has been a very awful experience. I spoke with my new DM about this. My salary was lowered from $48,500 to $20/hr. No one should be REQUIRED to work 45 hours. I never agreed to that when i started. I have been ignored on multiple occasions &im answering to people i dont even know. needmorespace

support, communication, give some actual attention to the people on the front lines, stop giving so much credit to people no one even knows because there's not a TEAM aspect other than at the store level.

Human to Human communication along with intentional Communication in general. There's so many useless teams chats and not enough actual conversation happening with PEOPLE. We are all HUMANS with feelings and emotions. Help curve the overstimulation, dont continue to add to it.

I feel as a general manager i dont have enough time to spend on the floor helping my team sell, training the constant new employees we have because turn over is nonstop. I feel like I'm constantly wasting my time on things that dont get me actually paid.
