Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I've had wonderful training experiences, lucky enough to have had exposure to meet a great team of people, my DM has given me the guidance and support to grow within the company and I look forward to nothing more than being a part of the team at the SSC soon!

I preferred the monthly goal and bonus to the new 2 week structure, however, the new structure is very fair, the volume bonuses are great for those of us that do have a bit more to do and handle. Plus haymaker on top is great!

My leadership is always available for questions, feedback, etc. I know I can trust my direct leadership- professionally & personally. I know they want to see me succeed within the company & have given me the guidance & exposure to help me succeed. I truly have an amazing leadership team in the NE!

I generally like the culture here. After attending GMU at the SSC & meeting so many of the behind the scenes people, including Rich, I developed a new found respect for the company & am planning on relocating for that reason! Jackie was an AMAZING trainer PLUS I have the absolute best DM & RD!!

The team that I currently have are reliable, we trust each other, help each other & we can depend on each other. We all have a common goal- that's to win & make team Hylan the best team out there!!! We have some huge accomplishments over the past year to be proud of, including some best months EVER!
