When I started I bragged about how great this company was. Provided the highest income ever in my life. Since its been on a rapid decline, pay change after pay change. I brought people into the company to change their life and they did with Pro. Guess what that also changed.. Just crazy to me to see

Transparency. To many changes with false narratives that only help under performers appear better on paper.

Pay. Income. Basepay. Comp Plans. Stop saying how great these changes are because they apply to the mass that is failing. The ones who bleed for success and results are taking the hits. But when we talk about it we get told we are wrong..
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
Tooooo many comp changes. claiming uncapped but introduced buckets and the additional tiers are laughable. Change managers to hourly.. All with data that said it should be a pay increase however not ONE change has increased pay. In fact the opposite happened.
