What makes you most happy at work?

When Grand Circle Corporation will be exposed before the whole world as a disgusting manipulating, inhuman company run by sadistic idiots like Antonio Cappella.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Because other TELs are trapped in the insane rating system based on counting only "Excellent" ratings, and making Tour Leaders responsible for "Overall Excellence" of the itinerary (which they cannot control), there is great solidarity because all TELs are in the same hell. Lots of sharing and help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

"Levels" system (NEW, Level 1, Senior) used to manipulate people into working more than they should to reach min. trip quotas, pay for the lower levels is way below market price, and once you reach Senior they try to eliminate you so that they can save. Lots of free work and travel days not paid.
