less than average pay for expectations of exceptional work; dental - one person in the family has an issue, the whole family is out for the year and it is out of pocket.... when you are a family of 5, this hits - we pray dental issues occur late in the year so we can all get our regular cleanings.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
