Adelphoi – Overall, there are a lot of pros to working at Adelphoi such as benefits or paid time off. However, I do think we could be compensated fairly. Also, I see other companies really working to retain good qualitiy employees through different means of appreciation and wish we would do something like that

I know that Adelphoi is working to increase wages but the cost of living has increased 5-7% and we are not getting increases to match that. We work with a hard population, have stressful jobs & should be compensated for it.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
